Support the “Movers of the World, Makers of the Future” campaign through a cohesive visual identity and scalable recruitment materials.

Approach

Served as the sole designer, leading the design of the campaign logo and visual identity, establishing a scalable employer brand campaign identity across recruitment environments. Led the design of large-scale environmental graphics and trade show booth experiences, creating a consistent and recognizable presence at career fairs.

Developed and systemized a library of 80+ customizable recruiter templates, enabling accessible content creation while maintaining brand consistency across high-volume, distributed use.
